First time in The Citizen in Glasgow, excellent place and thoroughly recommend! Great venue, decor, bar is amazing the service was second to none and our server Adam could not be more helpful! Very attentive! Great experience and will most definitely be back!! Already have been recommending to all my friends.

Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was great - buzzing without the hurrying and running.

Unable to get on Saturday night without a reservation. Came back the next night with one, was much less crowded as well. Good food, great cocktails.

After arriving in Glasgow, the Citizen was the perfect dinner place. Downstairs, next to the bar offered a great atmosphere. Super friendly staff, excellent martini (though small). The prawns and mussels as a starter were fantastic and the fish and roast for the main entree were excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location with helpful service and great quality of coffee. They are also dog friendly a kind Italian girl brought some water for our little friend. Def I will be back was everything perfect 😍

Literally one of the best dinner we had during our stay in Scotland. Firstly we thought it was a bar serving bar food. We were wrong, it's actually a nice and cozy restaurant. Pretty romantic vibe because we were sitting all the way in the back. Absolutely tasty and gorgeous looking dishes! We had the crisp pork belly, tempura seabass, rum baba and highland parfait. The highlight of the evening was definitely the parfait, that was so good! 😋😋😋 Highly recommended when you're in Glasgow!
