The service at this place is so homely, you really are treated like family whenever you enter. Kirsty in particular is always so nice to me when I go there, she remembers my order and always is happy to see me and makes conversation whenever I enter and it makes me look forward to going more. The prices are also very reasonable in this place.

Brilliant wee chippy me and wee sis had snack box brilliant value for the money and the service was brilliant the wee woman was very chatty with us and very helpful

Decent bag of chips but at 2 and a half quid I think it was a bit steep.. Guy serving looks like he's lost a pound and found a penny though. Needs to lighten up.
Update:I just bought a bag of chips in my local chippy and it was £2.75 so maybe they're not as expensive as I thought. Musta been a while since I bought a bag🤷

Had to walk past the first Fish & Chip Shop to get to The Kent Fish & Chip Shop as I had seen this place the last time I stayed here, so when I arrived I ordered a Double Fish Supper from the friendly owner & ow my goodness was I pleased, both of the Fish & the chips were cooked to perfection, really tasty & reasonably priced! So it is a definite place to where I will be returning

The best fish and chips I have ever tried. The food is very fresh and the portions are generous. We have become a regular customer, I would never go anywhere else for fish and chips.
