Passed this place earlier today while I was in Glasgow and recognised it from all the tiktoks, thought I'd pop in and give it a try, got a plain Donner kebab and in all honesty it was really good, the service was really good too, the server (the man in all the videos who keeps getting harassed) was really nice and polite, it makes me feels really bad for this man who is obviously being targeted and harassed just so people can make "funny videos" wish people would leave him alone, this is his livelihood! I will definitely be popping back in the next time I'm in Glasgow to try more food.

We first went here a couple of months ago on the recommendation of a friend, what a find since then we have been many times with family and friends and it never fails us, lovely food served in a good friendly atmosphere, happy staff a really Gem of a place.

We arrived a little late for our dinner booking, however the maître d' took it well and assured us it was no issue. Once we had been warmly welcomed and our coats had been taken we were whisked past dimly lit tables, the koi pond by the mouldy ceiling to a cosy little nook near the back of the room. My guest and I opted for the dégustation menu, dry-aged goat with curdled condiment was one such dish that we were thrilled to try. Suffice to say expectations were high at this point. Food, service and ambience were absolutely faultless from start to finish. Thoroughly glad that we took the plunge and tried what has admittedly been known to me as a stuffy establishment. A special mention to the sommelier, he could have rinsed us for all we were worth but pointed us in the direction of a very reasonably priced gewürtztraminer. Can't wait until our next visit

Without a doubt, the food at this place is the most incredible I have ever had. The flavors and textures were out of this world, and I found myself savoring every single bite. To top it off, the owner was an absolute gem - so warm, welcoming, and kind. My boyfriend Kyle Addie and my husband gordon mcfarlane recommended the restaurant to me, giving it a glowing 10/10 rating, and I have to say that I wholeheartedly agree. One dish in particular that really stood out to me was the chips and cheese with donner, which was truly a masterpiece. The only downside was that the container it came in had some mold, which gave it a bit of an odd smell, but even with that minor issue, the food was still outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal - especially if you have kids, because the food is sure to bring a smile to their faces. Cant wait to visit this place again LITERALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diary log day 4: Been glued to the queen street toilet seat now since Tuesday, I feel like I have created a bond on an atomic level with the seat and my thoughts are now one with the bog. To understand my predicament is to become detached from our reality and transverse to the existential plane. The sheer ferocity of the liquid divulging from my rear has caused a sewage pipe to burst in Bishopbriggs causing a mass outage. The man behind the counter has openly admitted he has kidnapped two young individuals and his holding them for ransom. What sort of sick twisted world do we live in, that a kebab can cause this much havoc. It is my thought that the kebabs are made from the flesh of this mans victims that were unable to escape from the 6.9 inch (5 would suffice) blade. At this point a health inspector would be useless, my personal recommendation is to employ a priest to perform an exorcism on the unholy practices occurring in this god forsaken place. Boss man mentioned to a fellow customer that he was gonna jump across the counter and scalp him like an Indian war criminal, great customer service right there. Overall excellent experience and would recommend highly to anyone wanting a wee much after a long graft. Any tourists new to Glasgow please come here! Donner kebab and chips wouldn't go a miss, gave it too my dug and the funeral is booked for the 6th of March. Everyone is welcome for spuds wee send off. Best Regards, Geaustau
