clean store, staff are efficient although could do with customer service training or feel less pressured into meeting targets, good range of products available with good stock levels, hot food just served at eating temperature, breakfast, lunch or a snack Greggs is the a great choice British company that have a social conscious without the need to remind us of it at every opportunity.
