We came in to celebrate my husband's birthday and brought friends who had never been, our server was patient and attentive while explaining the process to them and the food and drinks were all absolutely amazing. She even came and brought us a champagne toast, everything was absolutely on point and I can't thank her enough for helping to make it such a great night for all of us!

Great FUN & FOOD. Having traveled in Switzerland we are familiar with fondue. Melting Pot does it well. Charcuterie & Take 5 were nice touches. Our served, Mua, was very personable.

Omg our server was simply a joy. She was so amazing I would definitely go back if I could have her again. We only had dessert but it was good. You really can't do melted chocolate wrong. Enjoy

My husband took me here for our anniversary and I must say it was the perfect place for this. We had a private booth and our server Emily B. at the Arrowhead location was so friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The food is delicious and such a fun and different dinner. We will definitely come here again!

Honestly Emily B. is one of the best servers I’ve had in five years. She handled a large group with ease and grace along with speed and efficiency. She was able to easily accommodate multiple people. I couldn’t have asked for a better server.

Emily B did a wonderful job with our table. She was kind and personable; if she weren't working, we would have invited her to dine with us.
Some of us were new to The Melting Pot and spent quite a few minutes coordinating. She was flexible and patient as we figured everything out and decided on substitutes. She was clear and concise in communicating what she could and could not do for us.
The lo-fi and funky tunes were also a big plus. The Melting Pot, and specifically Emily B, passed the vibe check.

Our first time to the melting pot. Wonderful experience! My husband and I celebrated our 15th Anniversary and they made it special. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

The food is good. $100+ per person good? Eh, not really. You could buy the components, including the fondue set, food, and a cookbook, and do it at home for half the price. You pay a serious premium to come here to do it yourself. It is good, don't get me wrong, just seriously overpriced for what it is. This is a date night or anniversary type joint.

I was here for my birthday celebration and I had a very unique experience. The place is pricy and even though the food portions are small at the end I was full and satisfied.
We had a private booth and I think that is the best way to do it. It feels like you are the only one there.

Great service. Private seating, quality meat and delicious dessert. We couldn’t imagine eating the full four courses, but if you can, that is the way to go as you will spend about the same. Special date night.
