Black Angus Steakhouse - Glendale (az)

My experience at this location is very good. We come here for birthdays and Thanksgiving every year. All the staff is polite and works hard to bring your food hot from the table. I recently ordered for delivery, the stuff for my loaded bake potato was missing and my steak was cooked to the right temperature, but was a little tough. This has never happened to me at this location!! Typically my steak cuts like butter and is still delicious as leftovers the next day. I called and the manager Sean was very understanding and gracious. He fixed the problem. The quality of the meat I don't hold against them because it was cooked to the correct temperature. Everything else was delicious and the garlic and jalapeno butters are the bomb!! Save room for the cowboy chocolate chip skillet! This will not deter me from coming for my sister's birthday in February.

The food was delicious and made fresh! We ordered the 2 for 68$, and it was more than enough for 2. Our server was kind and attentive, who made our 1st time experience wonderful. We will be back to try the tomahawk steak and can't wait 😋. Walked in on a Saturday and surprisingly no wait time nor was it packed, atmosphere was very chill.

Got in around 2 p.m. for lunch/supper. Enjoyed a few drinks since our food took some time to come out. When our food came out our steaks were well done. We let our waitress know, and she took them back and brought us back some very delicious juicy steaks. The crispy honey Brussel sprouts are a must have 😋.

The meal was good . Sons steak a little more cooked than preferred, but he may not have told the waitress correctly. We have gone here quite a lot over the years, and I think the only time I could complain about anything. Waitress was slow and not on her game, and food was slow to come out along with check when we were ready to go.

Wednesday of last week we had the opportunity to dine at Black Angus in Glendale, AZ again, and it was a pleasure. We were greeted warmly by Shawn at the front desk, seated comfortably and served flawlessly by Samantha (you can call me Sam). During our visit we met other staff members who were exceptionally pleasant and helpful as well. We have been to this restaurant several times before and it certainly did not disappoint on this visit either. The food was very, very good from cocktails through dessert and Irish coffee (although I would not recommend ordering the baked potato as it is never prepared well). It was a most enjoyable evening out and we wish to thank everyone for the fine food and gracious hospitality.

Server was awesome but I asked for salmon well done as could be. It was not and quite slimy. The green beans and baked potato were good as well as the drinks. Due to catching a movie I just took it home with me and dropped it off in my fridge to catch movie on time. We really liked our server named Lisa. She was so friendly and personable. We will be back!!! Hope to sit in Lisa’s area!!!
