Nypd Pizza

My family and I visited NYPD Pizza today and being a Friday it was exceptionally busy, however we were seated right away and our server (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) was excellent. We had a small issue with getting our order as the pizza we had ordered was burnt once and got damaged in the oven the 2nd time around. Most people would have probably been upset, but our server and the management staff were so accommodating, friendly, and apologetic that my family and I could hardly be upset. We still had an amazing experience due to the amazing customer service. With service like that we will be lifetime guests and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a pizza problem. I like pizza and i like it lots of ways. this is the only place the gets it the New York way. That fold is so perfect. I've tried so many things here to list em all. If it's pizza you can get it. I dont go to a pizza place for anything else. The wings are good had the pasta once but the pizza has my love.

Jason, server, was friendly and on top of his game. I ordered the Italian Cold Cuts Hero with the Pesto Penne and a slice of the Lemoncello Cake. Everything was ferociously delicious! My cup never sat empty and my cake came moments after my entree was finished. I believe the owner even stopped by to check on me. I was travelling for work in the area and looking for a spot to eat with Wi-Fi. According to Google Maps this qualified for a search of "food near me with Wi-Fi", but there is no Wi-Fi offered. I was going to give 4/5 stars because of this, but the food and the service earned back the fifth star.

First of all, the pizza is awesome. Full of flavor, good crust. When dining in, the service has been good, however for carryout, the service is very inconsistent and slow. More than once I have been ignored. I live outside of the delivery area, but really prefer the pizza over other shops near me. I have had good carryout service , but only once in the last 3 visits. They talk to you, but seem to ignore the basic needs. IE manager just walks by instead of inquiring about order.

Gotta say,,,,I absolutely LOVE the Frank Sinatra Calzone !!! Been eating here for years now and I just have to say the Food is delicious . The Manager Angel Rojas ?? Stand up guy who's very Professional!!! I have nothing but positive remarks for both him and the employees there. If you haven't tried NYPD Pizza yet , You owe your tastebuds this treat.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon, my daughter brought every stuffed animal she could fit in her arms, the staff was SO nice, we got a to go order and they brought out drinks to us bc our hands were full, they even offered to bring the pizza to my car bc I was struggling. There are not many people out there that would offer to help, ppl just watch you struggle. The pizza was amazing too!
