Customer service: fast and polite. If you're looking for a place like greets you with smiles and is eager to help you, this is not the place. But they are polite and will assist in answering any questions Layout: there is a large dining space that is the majority of the store with tables, chairs and stools. Outdoor seating available. The yogurt machines are set up directly across from the entrance. To the left is the toppings bar and finally checkout, which it near the exit. Large and roomy line. Products: a large variety of frozen yogurt flavors, frozen sherbet, and dairy-free options. Toppings are primarily sweet but some cool ones include boba, cookies, gummy animals, and the syrup bar. Accessibility: wheelchair and stroller accessible, a lot of space to navigate around the store. Chairs may easily be removed to make space at a table. Some of the toppings and yogurt flavors may be difficult to reach from a sitting position, though. *I did not notice any public restrooms* Environment: it is a nice environment with fundraiser posters on the wall. It's nice to see restaurants giving back to the community. Moderately clean, well stocked with supplies. Price: you are charged by the weight of your yogurt here so be aware. I typically get my kids a small and fill it a quarter of the way with yogurt and then the other toppings. Even a small seems extremely large. There is a rewards program where you can earn points. It's a fun, casual place to hang out and get a sweet treat.
