I will NEVER eat here again. They don't close until 10 PM but they apparently don't make any more food from 8pm on. S0 they were out of just about everything. The food that was there didn't look very appealing. They weren't making any more entree stuff but were making more chow mein which they still had a LOT of. They had no egg rolls and I turned around to see an employee with a stack of them on her plate in dining area just going to town on them! The icing on the cake was the fact I handed the money to cashier to be told they had no change to give back to me! Why wasn't that posted on front door??!! I would have brought my debit card in then! Very poor service all the way around! And you could tell they just don't care! I am glad I don't treat my customers that way otherwise I wouldn't have any business!

Walked into a line without food at 10:15 am no food on the line the excuse was sorry I have a catering order to fill. So my question is why does your line not have food when catering was planned what happened? So I asked responses was less than elegant ( we dont have a manager and I have to cook everything myself ). This was not acceptable in my eyes planned accordingly.

DO NOT COME HERE.. the girls here are ridiculously rude. Jessica, Brianne, and the Whte girl with black hair with the bracelet on the left wrist. I first ordered and the girl w black hair looked at me like I was retarded. So I had to tell her EXACTLY what I wanted. Then i believe Jessica checked me out and I was debating if I wanted anything else but she did not ask me if I wanted anything else,, and she said my total without hesitation which I was mad because I was thinking ab getting a fountain drink but didn’t speak up bc of her attitude getting worst.. These girls that were working 1/20 around 7:40pm def need to work on their costumer service , they acted like they didn’t want to be there . And we as costumers can def feel it. There was no manager there so it was worst.. I GET IT DOES GET BUSYYYY ,, and my sister who use to work there.. THEY SHOULD NEVER ACT THIS WAY…

Cashier Esmeralda is very rude. She rolled her eyes when i ask for some sauce packets , moved very slowly when moving, and looked at me as if I was asking alot of her. Still didn't get my teriyaki sauce for my chicken, or sweet and sour for my egg rolls, Not utensils , or napkins. Well atleast she got me those 4 soysauce packets. 🤬
