New York Pizza Department

We were visiting the area and looking for a place to pick up food to go at almost 9pm. We walked in and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was. We mentioned we wanted to place a to go order and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn't realize they were a few minutes from closing, but they happily took our order. As we waited, I took special attention to the workers who were all busy making the sure the place was up to par for the following day. The manager (or whom I assumed was) continually praised his employees. Their attentiveness and interactions are enough to bring us back next time we are in town. Oh, and the pizza was delicious too!

We had just finished shopping. My son was hangry. Walked in to a cleaning restaurant, friendly staff, quick service and delicious food. Reese was our server and my son was just amazed at the attention to detailed. He was looking for him to ask for a refill, to his surprise Reese walked with one already. My son said he is so nice and a mind reader.

So I placed an online order today 11/25 and they went above and beyond. They had my food ready on time and my special requests for the wings were accommodated. I’m never disappointed when I come to this NYPD. I live out of state and always make it a point to stop here when I’m visiting. Thank you NYPD team!

I am an UberEats driver, and I love this place. The food is awesome, and so is the service. Tonight (7/29/23) I met the CEO of this restaurant chain and she was working just as hard as the employees. I thought that I used to work hard at The UPS Store, and our CEO would rather give you a hard time instead of lifting a finger to help. EVERYBODY here treats their customers and even delivery drivers with respect. Most restaurants, not all, treat delivery drivers like dirt. I bring my family to eat here, because they still know what service is all about. Highly recommend.
