Whataburger

READ THE END ! Came to this location on a Tuesday @ 9:29pm. We ordered our food and paid with $100 bill. She went to go ask a manager if she could break it he was such in a bad mood that he didn’t even take the time to stop and handle this situation as the cashier sat there confused & mentioned she could break it but it would be a lot of 1’s which we said that was okay then she kept trying to ask the manager and he basically kept ignoring her constantly NOT doing his job & then she replies to us that she can no longer break it. Mind you it’s 8:31pm coming to eat with my family and didn’t even TRY to break it or care one bit. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! use to be my FAVORITE PLACE but this service is HORRIBLE ! DO BETTER AS A MANAGER AND TEAM! We had to leave cause we had nothing else to pay with except the bigger bills <—- decided to go back and get food later that night and AMANDA the manager was very apologetic towards what had happened earlier and made the situation better. NOW THATS WHAT YOU CALL A MANAGER! Thank you Amanda!! I appreciate you for ending the night on a good note for me. Changed my rating from a 1 to a 5 because of Amanda!! The manager before her HORRIBLE! AMANDA NEEDS A RAISE! 💚

Ok...its a Whataburger. Fast food...right. But, I go just about every morning to get my Breakfast Taquito on and..the staff is what makes the difference. They have some good kids there and...even some not so young people working there and they are all good sports. Even Lippy...I mean...Libby... is a good sport. I'm a 13yr old boy trapped in the body of some old dude in his 50s so...I do enjoy giving the kids a hard time...and they play along and put up with me. Actually...they love me but... I'm just so lovable anyway. Modesty... probably my best character trait. ;-p. I rec'in I like them French fried patatters! ;-). Where's my damn food!

A shout-out to Alexis. I made a mistake on my order and Alexis went out of her way to correct my mistake. Thank you Alexis it was very much appreciated. We will be back. We ordered one large Chocolate Malt and one large limited-time White Chocolate Raspberry Shake. The Chocolate Malt Shake is always good. The White Chocolate Raspberry Shake is Special!

We love this location, eating here often 😍 customer service has and is always top notch. Food comes tasty and just as we ordered it. We cut the cost down by downloading the app and accepting coupons via email, so many great deals! Out favorite is the classic Whataburger. Don’t forget to add a shake we enjoy the seasonal ones they offer

I want to give a big shout out 📢📢📢to the manager ⭐⭐Amanda⭐⭐ and the ⭐⭐team lead⭐⭐, didn't get her name but giving her credit!! I went to Whataburger last night at 9:00 p.m. ordered two meals simple they gave me supposedly a patty melt that wasn't a patty melt and a guacamole bacon Burger the crew last night literally put a piece of bacon that was a size of a quarter a little tiny teaspoon of avocado I had asked for onions they only put four diced onions on it and add jalapenos which I paid for I don't know what Burger they gave my husband I will be including pictures I worked 11 hours and try to call the store last night with no answer. I went in today about 4:30 and Amanda and the shift lead was amazing showed her the pictures they even said it was unacceptable because of Amanda we will be continuing to go to this location because she showed us that she cares about her store and customers Amanda deserves a raise was going to give the store one star and not go back but she had changed my mind and changed to a five star. I am including pictures from last night and pictures from the crew that did our food this afternoon good job to the crew as well!!! The pictures that are posted first are from last night's crew, and the3 pictures that are posted after is what the amazing crew Amanda runs made!
