Stephen is absolutely fantastic. I had a little trouble with my order tonight and it definitely was a pain for you guys, but he got things going for me perfectly and figured everything out. All with a smile on his face the entire time. He is the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Praise this man whenever you can, he’s one in a million

Update: the owner got in touch with me regarding my issues. She was contacted by customer service originally but was given incorrect information. After we were able to speak, she was able to locate the transaction and I promptly received a refund for the extra order. She was very friendly and sincere about correcting the problem. Overall the staff at the store has been very pleasant and the food was good. The only major issue is how terrible the online customer service is, although the individual stores can’t do anything about that. I highly recommend stopping in to this Firehouse if you are ever in the area!
I placed an online order on August 2, and the system defaulted the order to the next day. I went inside and placed my order again, paying in person. I immediately contacted Firehouse online as well as talked to an employee at the store on August 3. The online customer service told me there is nothing they could do but they would forward the issue to the store. It is now September 24 and I have not received a refund nor can I get any help with the matter. My meal that night cost me $120 for four subs for my family. Sixty dollars is a lot of money to be out right now. It is unfortunate that Firehouse seems to be okay with defrauding their customers.

This a great location, very busy. Not a lot parking but well lit. Access from the street is tight. However, very clean and they follow all safety covid protocols. Very easy menu to use and medium priced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Curbside pick up and webpage. Food is very tasty and get you het a lot on your sandwich. Chips and soda fountain. Nice atmosphere and cool wall fixtures. Very highly recommended.
