My family and I have been going to the same Pizza Hut for the past 8 and1/2 years my son's will only eat pizza hut the food there is great

The pickup location is wonderful. Food is usually cooked perfectly. Staff always polite and friendly.
Delivery location (different store) usually over cooks or under cooks the pizzas. And few delivery drivers are not polite at all.

havent been to a pizza hut in forever because they had gotten greasy and gross. after several unsatisfactory visits to dominos, we tried pizza hut again. im ashamed it took us so long! pizza was hot and faster than dominos and it actually looked like the picture if not better and tasted just as good! thank you for renewing my faith in pizza hut :)

its difficult to get decided service these days. This HUT is run like it was back in the 90s, fast, reliable, and no errors, This one is run well and has a great team at all hours of their operation. Im glad they hire based on quality and not quantity.

Manager called to let us know about trouble they were having with online ordering and apologized for the longer than normal wait time was excellent customer service. Appreciated that very much which made the wait time not so bad. Pizza and wings were great also! Great service!

I haven't ordered a pizza in, probably, a year (since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease).
Today, I think our pizza got delivered within 20 minutes of ordering it. It was cooked perfectly and was so hot and fresh that we had to let it cool before we could eat it.

The driver was very courteous and professional. The food was delivered at an excellent temp, not too hot, ready to eat immediately. The quality and taste was outstanding. I have had delivery from this restaurant several times and they have always brought my food in reasonable time, as ordered, and I would recommend them for their service, drivers, and quality. Once one of their drivers even offered to say grace, a couple of years ago, when I was not feeling well--I was extremely touched. I live in a big metro area, and in spite of that, this restaurant offers small town, home cooked experiences for their customers.
