Blendz Boba Tea Lounge

Went rather late at night, like 15 minutes before closing. Super quiet at that point, only my group was in there, and our drinks were out barely a minute after we ordered. It could be considered a little pricey, but the drinks were delicious, so I consider it worth it, especially for the area. I would not recommend it for people who are sensitive to sweetness, as it is definently a sweet selection, however they have quite a variety, and offer small samples if you would like a taste. The customer service we received was spectacular, with the young woman who checked us out being very personable and sweet, especially so close to closing. She was honest about each drink and was able to help me choose the Strawberry Frescas, which is more of a fruity sweet than candy sweet, which I appreciated. It was also really light, despite being creamy (I was told they have a yogurt/cream base for some of the drinks by the lovely woman who made them, there were only two of them there). Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will be returning next time I am in the area :)))

Edit: adding a star for their prompt and polite reply. It sounds like they really want to improve where they can. There are so many places that just straight up don't care. I will definitely look for the printed menu next time! Maybe they could have a few out at tables or posted in the window for people who aren't at the counter to peruse while they sit or wait! ☺️ **Original review** I want to love this place. My drink was really good! (dirty banana) But the prices are a bit asinine - extra charge for boba, extra charge fora a blend, etc. The menu is definitely my least favorite part. They have such cute pictures and names but there is ZERO information as to what is in it. Especially with how busy this place can get due to the location, customers shouldn't have to guess at the menu or stand there and ask a million questions once they finally get to the counter to figure out what they want to order. I even checked the website, that menu also has zero information in regards to ingredients in the drinks. Things would run so much smoother if the customers were given appropriate information. I also think they should ask drink sizes in ounces rather than regular or large. I feel like this place has so much potential, but as it currently is I would say it's a fun place to stop in on a slow night when you can take your time choosing your drink and asking questions. Unfortunately this wouldn't be added to my list of regular places to visit.

Had a really good experience here. I haven’t left a lot of reviews, but I had to this time. I’ve worked in the food industry and I know how hectic it gets when it slammed. Even with it being a busy Friday night, the nice girl with pink hair was still super helpful. Another girl came by to help her out and was equally as nice, even considering how busy they obviously were. I didn’t catch their names but they actually did a really good job. Will definitely come back.

There are so many yummy flavors to choose from here. I ordered the salted caramel with coffee flavored boba. It was topped with whipped cream and pretzels and drizzled with caramel. WOW! It was absolutely mouth watering and delicious! It's nice to come here after a long day. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already. I ordered a small and it was perfect. Just the right amount of salty and sweet. I will definitely be back for more.

Today I wanted to slow the holiday hustle down. I brought a book and checked out Blendz Boba Hoiday drink menu. This tea lounge that is located by AMC @ Westgate is decorated for the holidays gives the environment a festive charm. The hot matcha with strawberry puree topped with whipped cream was delicious was recommended by the barista. The barista was very courteous explaining the numerous drink options. Wish all baristas were trained to be as kind, kudos to Tsjana. Definitely will recommend & visit Blendz Boba Tea Lounge again.

It happened to be at the WestGate for a client and I needed something to keep me energized till I returned to Chandler, as it was quite a long drive. I randomly came across this place and decided to give it a try, as boba sounded good to me. I ordered a Dirty Banana in regular size. I was surprised that I had to pay extra for the boba. Anyway , the drink was good , I could taste the banana which I loved . Now , I don’t know if that was a syrup or the fruit itself. It was not very very sweet which I loved. The place is cute with a nice decor that can make it great shot for Instagram. This was my first experience and I would probably try it again if I am in the area.
