In-n-out Burger

Food is always great at in n out but don’t have high hopes when you come here if you’re expecting cleanliness. This location is packed indoors and you’d expect due to COVID the sanitation would be better. I usually go to the Huntington Drive location and they’d wipe the tables, sweep the floors routinely, and not as packed. I thought at 9:50 PM the location would be deserted but it’s even more packed than lunch hours. I literally had to ask the cashier for napkins since they were out and she told me to wait until my food was called to request. Like I am TRYING to clean my table that you all did not do. I’m only giving an extra star because you can never miss with the burgers. Won’t be dining in here anytime soon.

Stop it in-and-out. I'm in a very happy relationship. OK, so I've been to in-and-out before when I was in Las Vegas. Absolutely love their burgers. This was my boyfriend's 1st time. I love that you can order so many different ways. I don't eat carbs so for me a Burger protein style is perfect. It comes wrapped in lettuce. And when I say wrapped in lettuce I mean really wrapped so that it's edible. Most places just throw some lettuce on top of it. But at in-n-out you can actually pick it up and hold it in your hands and eat it like it's a Burger. I hate going places and I end up having to use a fork and knife to cut it because it's not really wrapped in lettuce. May not seem like a big deal to most people But to someone that can't eat carbs and misses Burgers it's lovely. You can get so many different versions and the staff are happy to make them. And the price's! You absolutely cannot beat the price for these burgers. There's a reason why in-and-out Burger is so successful. I like to order my burger's animal style which means they have mustard on them and more flavourful.

In and out burger maintains their delicious burgers. The staff at this location could improve their customer service. Not very attentive, kids that work here comes across privilege as opposed to learning what customer satisfaction is about. This is why I gave a 3 star rating and gift (feedback) that this particular store can improve. Best of luck guys.

After the John Williams concert at the Hollywood Bowl (a family tradition which we fly to every year from Seattle), we go to In and Out. It’s always around midnight on a Friday. The place is busy but the staff is fast! The line goes through quickly. The burgers are awesome! They may have a very limited menu but if you’re just wanting a burger, this is the place to go, one bad thing about this place is the fries are horrible. Their thin and dry with no flavor. The shakes I’ve never tried but everything else rocks! Give this place d a try! You’ll be glad you did!

Long lines on drive through. Sitting outside was pleasant, but for a bit of wind. Burgers were good, though they seem to have lost some of the freshness. I also think the mayo or dressing they used was a bit salty. French fries are same as always, though not my favorite tasting ones among fast food restaurants.
