Sushi Joint

Was looking for a local sushi 🍣 spot with a happy hour (4-7) that didn't end at 6 p.m. when I'm finally off work. As luck would have it there was a place named Sushi Joint, about 2 miles from my home, with a happy hour that ended at 7 p.m. Its tucked away in a strip mall, with a few other restaurant choices, massage/nail spa, a laundromat, & ample parking when we arrived @ 6pm. Walked in saw that it was clean and roomy. We were greeted and sat right away at the sushi bar per our request. They were quick to bring us menus and take our drink order. After checking out the a happy hour specials and looking at the menu we ordered some beers 🍺 & HH cut & hand rolls. I got to say the food was really good. The wife commented more than a couple of times how fresh the sushi was, how soft and buttery it just melted in her mouth 👅. Prices were good too, even off-happy hour. Large selection of rolls and a good variety of fish. Large party trays are available. You can call ahead and pick up your order as we saw many people do. I will be back for more samplings of various items! Great find.

Wow wow wow, I’ve been going here for years. There is ONE specific employee who has been there for years. Very rude. WARNING- All of a sudden they charge you 5 $ for ginger, 2 $ for spicy mayo and any other sauce. Wont be going back anymore. You lost another customer. I wonder who the owner is… allows employees to treat loyal customers this way?
