One star. Cafe won't break a 50 without buying something. Why? I'm making a CASH CREDIT CARD PAYMENT to the ATM in the Cafe. ATM ONLY TAKES EXACT CHANGE. Why can't the Cafe process my payment? Its not like there's a capital one bank anywhere within driving distance. CAPTIOL ONE IS GARBAGE

Great place to relax, do work and chill. The coffee vendor needs work. Specially the short white woman who is rude and stuck up. She needs to go somewhere else.

Cant do any real banking functions, closing my account due to capital one not having 1 single real branch in California. This is supposed to be a real bank, not some fintech BS

Great place. Relaxing. Anybody can walk in and enjoy the space. But the best part is, if u are a capitol one card holder, u get 50% off on all the drinks from the peets coffee inside.

Great cafe to have it in heart of Glendale,
Great lobby with sitting area, free Wi-Fi, free checking account, free mobile deposit, most importantly friendly, caring, professional and knowledge local staff. Christian Smith is a great example, But not happy with the remote customer service bunch of kids that are not aware of human behavior. Would recommend it as a cafe yes but banking... not sure! See it for yourself.

It’s a cafe and a place where you could do ATM banking. It’s nice you could get a discount at Peet’s Coffee if you use your Capital One card. But, I’ve noticed the last few times that the workers at the coffee shop were way too busy chitchatting instead of trying to do their jobs well, not to mention being really loud.

Seems fine to me. I love the concept and a lot of people hanging out studying or getting work done. Can't argue with a quiet space, banking and cafe all in one place.
I'm not sure why people would give this place a bad review. 🤔
