Bagels are delicious. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are very good and tasty. The store is clean and looks good. The customer service is good and friendly. Everything looks good here. Glendale bagels & quality deli is good and I recommend this place.

The bagels are good and the layout is great, but the lady at the register is rude. She clearly has an attitude and does not want to be there. They need to put someone who's better fit. This is the reason for the 3 star!

Best bagels I've ever had. I had an 81 year old gent suggest I go try these bagels if I want REAL bagels in NYC, he says most of the places in Manhattan that used to be amazing have changed recipes, but this place still has fluffy bagels that are also chewy and dense, the old school way. I was not disappointed!! I need to try some of those fancy cream cheeses next time! The muffins were also stellar!
Edit, they are very busy and they definitely seem to be doing their best, I don't think English is everyone's first language so be kind to the person taking orders, she smiled and was trying so hard!!

Love their bagels! The staff are friendly too. The only complaint i have is that i had a long hair in my cream cheese. It can happen anywhere but my advice is to the girls there, you should keep your hair tucked in properly.

Best bagels in all the five boroughs. Try a toasted everything bagel with scallion/bacon cream cheese! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too

Great bagels. Pricey and slow service. Update: 2 years later the bagels are still good!!! The shop has been renewed. The place is more spacious, and as always street parking only!!! Can’t speak on speed of service since I picked up breakfast at 05:00hrs when everyone else was sleeping!

Great place to buy bagels from with tons of sandwich recipe choices. They had recently renovated the place and there are more seats now (inside and some outside when weather permits). The bagels are always fresh because their bakery is in-house. This place is always busy but we came in after 9am so the crowd were already served and left. If you haven't visited yet, you should try them and you never know - you might find a favorite bagel sandwich.
