Mcdonald's

Bought kids meal, quarter pound with cheese, and a double cheese burger. Got the kids meal right away but waited long for the other two order. Saw our bag thrown to the lady at the window and she handed to us. Open up the bag to look at the burger why they took so long and my quarter pound looked like my cheese burger. There was nothing in there but bits of pieces of little onion pickle and looks like 5 shredded lettuces. What the hell was that. Get better worker!. Ripping off customers! Would never go there ever!

This McDonalds couldn't even get 1 star. I tried for 2 days to get a response via the telephone to avoid a personal confrontation...NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER 14 ATTEMPTS. Called the Corporate Office and filed a complaint. I saved the food (if you can call it that) and if I do not get a full refund ASAP I will bring it to a local TV station and let them be the Karen. awful avoid

I have been waiting for over 1/2 hour. No workers up front have to use the screen to order and to make matters worse no receipts were being printed. Poor Uber drivers next to us waiting on their orders also. We came after a soccer game so our kids were very hungry. ALL STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Surprise the ice cream machine was broke.

Whoever these workers are, they did terrible jobs. One of them where lighting up stuff, both where being loud, dancing, and on their phones knowing that they were few workers in the back who made me wait 20 minutes for a single fry. No I don’t mean to sound so nitpicking but gosh whoever is the manger of this place needs to fire these people, and get real workers. I don’t even think they were on they’re break; if they were they could’ve at least done this foolishness in the back

I must say I will never go back to this McDonald's ever again. On more than one occasion I have given them opportunity to provide quality service. Each time I have lost money and not gotten the correct food, courtesy, and even was overcharged, one point I waited so long for my food that I literally paid $8 and some change for a cup of coffee / because I had to leave to get back to work on time without my food. And we're making so bad they didn't even give me a receipt so I couldn't go back later to retrieve my money. Yesterday I had a very early appointment and went there to get I'm a griddle with regular egg, hash brown, and a small orange juice. The cashier charge me $10.50 some odd cents. When I inquired about it to the manager. She seemed more frustrated with me and she was with the service that I had got. She came to the window gave me $1.35 without saying a word to me, look at me and my eye, or even apologizing and walked away. Very sad to say that if I see a decline in McDonald's restaurant I will know why.

This is one of the worst McDonald's in Milwaukee. The ice cream/shake machine is almost always broken, they haven't been able to issue receipts for over a month now, there is no way they can't give me a receipt, they're just too lazy to change the paper or go to another register to print it. The laziest McDonald's workers I've ever seen and the manager is awful and rude. Not professional at all. I go to the McDonald's on 27th and capital now and they are amazing there, everything always working properly, staff are hard workers and friendly and the manager you can tell runs a tight ship so everything runs smoothly.
