Called to complain about a driver that came tearing around a corner while I was in the crosswalk with my dog. He was not paying attention to me at all - on the phone while speeding. The manager was dismissive. No apology. No promise to look into it. Just told me that they're busy right now. Just tell the guy to slow down. Your cold sandwiches aren't worth killing somebody over (or worse their dog) Photo is the dog I had to yank back onto the sidewalk Thanks guys, do better.

I place an order for pick up I got there what I thought took me longer than expected. Two guys employees are at table relaxing I told them about my order they got up Go to machine and got a ticket from machine Then told me order was not received!!!!! He made them No apology no nothing Obviously this loser can care less just get a pay check. I wish they know how much owners are struggling To keep going No no no coming here It use to be so nice place before Not anymore!!!!

I originally posted this review on DoorDash and it was declined so I'm posting it here instead.. I ordered a J.J.B.L.T. and I requested to have NO mayo because of a food allergy. But because it's a BLT which is a sandwich that's (traditionally) made with mayo, I assume whoever made it saw 'JJBLT' and didn't think to read the request for NO mayo and/or overlooked the request as a result of what may have been a weekend rush (I made this order on a Sunday afternoon). Decided to give them another chance with another online order for the same sandwich. Only this time I called the store ahead, told them about the DoorDash order I just received that was incorrect and requested if they could NOT add mayo because of a food allergy. The man I got on the phone was apologetic but when my second attempt sandwich arrived, it had just as much mayo as the first attempt sandwich. I would recommend that the people who handle food be more careful when making sandwiches that have requests to remove something; like me customers could be making those requests due to FOOD ALLERGIES!

This is the worst Jimmy John's location to ever exist. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me but I've learned when you place an order on doordash you can actually select a different Jimmy John's!! I'll make sure to be doing that from now on. Delivery times take about 2 hours sometimes more and I literally live 0.3 miles away.

My boyfriend and I walked in to this location at 7:45 on Tuesday, April 5th. I state that just because I want whoever is running the place to know who was closing the store when we went in. The man behind the counter rudely told us they were closed. When I asked what time they close he said “7:45.” I then went to check google, which shows they close at 8pm. I used to work in restaurants so I understand how frustrating it is to have customers come in last minute. We did not realize this location closed at 8. The one closest to my house closes at 9, and back in the day they closed as late as 2 am (pre-pandemic). I am simply frustrated by the rude interaction and lack of customer service. We were blatantly lied to and turned away. I just want management to know about this interaction and hopeful you can pinpoint the employee that was working.

I’ve had the worst experience at this place. I put an online order and after an hour was told it was delivered. Turns out the driver delivered my meal to the WRONG address and accused me of writing the address incorrectly on the order. I later verified that I had written the correct address. The staff was unapologetic and made no offers to make it right. Avoid this location at all costs.

I am sitting in here with 1 worker, who is brand new doesnt even know how to do a giant sub, but the manager thought it was ok to leave him here to drown by the 3 total customers in here. Why would this ever be acceptable? This kid is doing his absolute best but it is very noticeable that he hasnt been anywhere mear properly trained. Terrible management style and 100 percent reflects the 2.7 rating you guys are rocking, been qating in store for close to 30 mins because this kid has only been here 4 days !!!!!!
