The lady who waited on our table was so polite & very professional. The food was as good as expected. We thought that it would be good to have an alternative to the iceberg wedge, so peas or green beans, rather than green beans being an alternative to chips, which it is not. Finally we were very nervous about tipping the waitress, as we didn’t want any of that tip to go to management.

100% would recommend. top quality food worth every penny! has such a lovely evening with my family enjoying the amazing food and positive atmosphere. have to also say the lad that served us was amazing. i made sure to get his name because he was just absolutely brilliant and couldn’t of asked for better service so massive well done to you Will, your fantastic service did not go unnoticed. keep it up lad! and we will definitely be coming back soon.

I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Miller & Carter, and I must say, our waitress Toni played a crucial role in making it truly amazing. Out of all three of the restaurants in different locations that I have gone to, Gloucester has to be the best one I went. I have been here more than once and I can definitely tell that Gloucester has the highest quality food and service out of all of them. There's a waitress named Pom who was really nice and patient. This restaurant is worth to go.

We came for my grandmas birthday and our waitress jenni was amazing. Was super chatty and sang happy birthday to our grandma. My grandad is gluten free and she made it clear what he could have and comfortable that there would be no cross contamination. Over all our experience was 10/10 and will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing experience here for my Mum’s 60th and Mum and Dad’s 28th wedding anniversary. Pom, our server, was such a friendly and welcoming person and made the experience even better. She always had a smile on her face and was so helpful, even brought out a Happy Birthday plate written in chocolate sauce, and generally going the extra mile to make sure we were all happy! The food was incredible, the steaks were cooked perfectly and everything came out on time. When ordering, the first thing we were asked is whether we had any allergies or dietary restrictions, and even though we didn’t, it shows an extra level of care. Zero complaints and would definitely visit here again.

100% top quality all round. The service, food and staff were amazing. First time there and would 100% recommend it. Definitely worth going. As a virgin to Miller's and Carter the menu was explained clearly to me as the rest of my party had been before. And we were given enough time between ordering drinks and meals. The staff were excellent. Excellent atmosphere. All very clean and tidy. Thank you for an absolutely amazing evening. Thoroughly enjoyed a very nice meal out.

Had absolutely delicious melt in the mouth ribeye steaks for our date night here. The food was phenomenal, although I'm not sure I needed a quarter of an iceberg lettuce! A couple of sauces and menu items weren't available but staff were really friendly. Service was very quick. We will definitely be going back!
