Refreshingly different Services, similar to Tebay. So well set out to deliver a relaxing experience, conducive to resting, refuelling car and passengers, and even providing dog walking route and picturesque landscaping. This is the future of Motorway Services and makes long distance travelling so much more pleasant.

Great experience. Generally, it seems busier than the South Bound Services, so plan ahead if you want to stop here. Having said that, we had no trouble parking or finding a table. As is usual with this group, there are plenty of artisan products worthy of purchasing, but being artisan products, they do come with artisan prices. That said, the range, the choice, and the quality speak for itself. Recommended stop over!

Lovely services! Great farm shop and kitchen along with good toilets. It can be very busy due to its popularity but it’s worth the crowds. The sandwiches from the farm shop are really good a little pricey but it’s what you should expect from a place like this. It has a decent amount of parking and plenty of seating. Recommend stopping here is you can as it’s more than just a services!

This is the best service station I have ever visited. First of all, there are excellent dog walks here (for motorway services). There are grassy pathways all around the services specifically for the dog, with poo bins placed helpfully around them. The car park is large with special parking spaces for car a vans and motor homes, which is very helpful. The services themselves are large and clean with excellent facilities. There is a large farmhouse inside with a wonderful selection of locally produced products. There are also a couple of places to buy fresh warm food with seating and a child's play area. When travelling to the bottom of the country, we always plan a stop at Gloucester services.
