I come here every time I’m in Gloucester, but not just for the coffee (you’ll struggle to find better), rather for the friendly, attentive service provided by Brian, Luke, Amber and team - nothing is too much trouble for them. All for a very reasonable price too! Places like this are singlehandedly keeping our high streets going, so go on down and support your local independent cafe!

The March hare is by far the best independent coffee/ tea shop in Gloucester . We love it there and keep going back. Great food , good quality , freshly cooked and the staff are always welcoming and friendly . When you find a little gem of a place like here you keep going back . I highly recommend the cooked English breakfast which is great value and tastes amazing ( you can tell the good quality ingredients ) and if you like a good cuppa they use premium teabags not the cheap ones . Give it a try , book online and you also get a good discount too . Highly recommended.

A big thank you to the team at the March Hair. They feed me a few times a week, and the quality and preparation of food is significant higher that what you'd expect for the price. Also, the team are very friendly, giving a family feel to the experience of simply picking up a delicious takeaway bag meal. Luke is on point with his sandwiches!

We stopped in here to have a bite to eat after a long day of driving. The food and service were exceptional. The two young staff members were attentive, friendly and extremely welcoming. Service was fast and product knowledge was brilliant. Once the food arrived it was really great too. Freshly made and full of flavour. The menu was extensive and lots of options for us. The whole meal was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this little tea room to anyone passing by.

Wonderful independant tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch place in the very center of Gloucester Went there two times in less than 24hr ! My scone with clotted cream & jam was delicious. My porridge was super tasty. Tea was perfect. Friendly vibes, lovely staff, great music... It feels warm and confy to see all the regular customers come and go here... I highly recommend !
