Bracelands Adventure Centre

We booked both the archery and adventure challenges while staying with Forest Holidays. As luck would have it, our lodge was the closest to both, which back onto the site itself. We were met by Mark who was friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable, both about the activities and the local area. Both packages were good value for money and it made a welcome break from stewing in the cabin and eating too much. The archery was for an hour and during that time I did get better, then cocky, then worse under Mark’s instructions. Plenty of time to have a good go at living my robbing from the rich and giving to the poor dream. The adventure section was two hours and again, Mark was attentive, helpful and calm for those in the group who were a little wary. The adventure elements were a high wire challenge, zip wire, crate climb and leap of faith. I felt like it challenged me enough and came away with a need to jump in the hot tub to stretch out my tense limbs. Cannot recommend this enough if in the area, especially if staying at Forest Holidays.
