This pub has just reopened and if you want a real traditional pub with no TV no music no hot food just great beers and great service. Gloucester Rugby Fans try this out !!

Decent old style authentic pub. Nice to see another pub with samuel smiths drinks somewhere else. Had a lovely pint of reserve cider. Reasonable prices, bar lady is very friendly. Has a pool, the pub is quite spacious and its very comfortable inside. They serve lunch there, those prices are reasonable as well.

Nice interior. Very clean. When we stopped by we had the place much to ourselves. Bar person very friendly. My wife had a gin and tonic and I have several Samuel Smith half pints.

Too many times this pub has been closed cause of the management higher up can't keep the very good workers who done so well at the pub
