Lovely staff on the night that I visited, very clean and because we came for an early dinner we had pick of all the tables so managed to get a very cosy booth for our meal! Brilliant selection of food available and all of it was high quality and very tasty. Not the best for a date night but family meals definitely! Always good deals on!

Went on the off chance of getting a table around 5:45pm on a Saturday. We did and the waiter was very helpful. I had a groupon offer showing but he said that it takes around 6 hours to get the offer come through. My partner has the Taste app/card which gives 2-4-1 so we was allowed to use that. We had three courses each. Two soft drinks for just over £32! We had lovely service. Hot food. Quick service and lovely atmosphere with clean establishment. Well done Gloucester! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Great place for a meal out, and now do collection. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Food is really nice, but can be pricey. Luckily if you download their app you can usually find a discount code to make it actually cheap for what you are getting. Lots of parking as it is in the retail park, which means you can go shopping first. But if going in the evening as the shop's are closed it is quite quiet. Go here often and would always say my experience has been 5/5 as long as you check for the discount codes before hand.

My first visit to a Frankie and Benny's. Went here for dinner the other evening, we hadn't booked but we're seated straight away. The place was clean and the music choice was nice; inoffensive and at perfect volume. The waitress was friendly, served us quickly and gave us options for the starter and mains coming out together, the food was out within 10 mins! The BBQ burger was super tasty, fries could have been a little crispier but were nice enough. Price wise it was an inexpensive meal and was filling enough - I'd go back.

Great frankie and benny's in this lovely retail park. Good sitting arrangements and nice service. I like the open kitchen aspect as you can watch your food being prepared and the delicious smells make you long for their food. We went here for lunch with 3 kids and it was a good experience. The kids got something to draw on and play with which makes the wait a bit easier.

I have been a few times now and have to say i have always feeling i have had good food, great service and chance to relax...thank you to the all the staff! I do agree that you can eat cheaper elsewhere....but i am believer in the saying 'pay peanuts get monkeys'. The same applies!! If you want cheap - find a roadside cafe and have fish fingers and chips! On the last occasion I went to F & B's the heating was broken down, however, it was still a good experience. The staff were brilliant, attentive, and everyone was offered free hot drinks. It wasn't really very cold either to be honest, though when people came in / out we felt the draft a bit....not the end of the world though with hot food and drinks, and as it was busy the fresh was almost a relief! I am sure they have off days, as do we all, so I feel some of the reviews are a bit harsh. I'm already looking forward to my next visit on Saturday and I have no doubt it will be another enjoyable experience !!! Overall ..... F & B's .... I recommend it - go and see for yourself !
