Cru Tapas Bar & Kitchen

I have been lucky enough to enjoy a few meals at Cru and have always felt a real sense of passion for food, wine and service. I have visited with a medium size group with varying dietary requirements without any issue, and also enjoyed dinner for 2 on occasion. I love the a la carte menu but also find the 'feed me' option incredible too. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and efficient. The food is always scrummy and well priced for good sized portions. The wine list is quite detailed too with great variety and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for an unpretentious dining experience in the heart of Goodwood. Can't wait to return soon!

Food were great. Tapas Cauliflower that recommended by the staff was amazing. Wine was absolutely the best for the whole dinner. Service was good but until staff came up and asked if we needed any dessert. We refused to have dessert and said we were so full already. Then staff immediately collected all the dishes from our table and bought us the bill to pay, which we didn't ask for. We were planning to sit a bit longer and talk, but the 'immediately putting the bill and paywave on the table" behaviour surprised us and was quite rude, especially the situation was that they only had 2 tables to serve only. I was just wondering what was the reason to rush for the bill.
