Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

We got here about an hour and a half before it closed & we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger & we got a well done burger. & we also were never gave anymore fries once we finished ours. I know that isn't a big deal, but that's why we love the bottomless side aspect of Red Robin.

Prices are decent, food is good, but the service is horrible. Nice that they have a "cheese fondue", but it's a shame that it was brought out ten minutes after I started eating. Would have been nice to have while my food was warm. Oh, and they have this awesome thing called "bottomless fries", the point behind it is that essentially its "all you can eat" fries. Awesome, except when you have a waitress like ours who never checked on the table. The wife and I were staring at each other, hoping we'd get drunk refills, but no. There's this cool little tablet thing on your table that has a button to order refills. Tried that, it said there were no current beverages so that didn't work. Finally,after about 20 min of waiting, the waitress is passing by, looks in our direction and the wife says "water and fries please". It's not often you go to a restaurant and feel like you're bothering the wait staff. Again, food is good. Prices are reasonable. But it's kinda pointless to have bottomless fries, when you can't get the waitress to bring you any.

👎I won’t be coming back and that’s probably why I haven’t for a long time. The burgers are the only food that taste good. The fries are one of the worst, I rather choose their yukon chips. Kids pizza were not fresh tasted like straight from the freezer. On top of that our waitress only checked on us one time which we were missing a few items like fries and 2 other things. If we didn’t tell the missing items we probably won’t be getting it. It was not that busy I don’t understand why she is like that. Apple bees is twice as better and they do have more adult drinks.

I was trying to be healthy (as you can be at red robin) and I ordered the "Keep it Simple" burger with the veggie patty. I was second guessing myself after ordering, wondering if I would be let down. Buy I have to tell you, I was very surprised by how delicious it was! And I didn't feel so guilty after eating it. This will be my new burger.

I liked Red Robin. They're a chill atmosphere and the food is good. Our server was really nice and didn't make a big deal when we ordered burgers without buns hahah. If I was going to give five stars, it would be because they increased the portion size of protein and avocado to be more plentiful on the salad. Seemed like lots of lettuce. The barbecue sauce was good tho 😋

I was disappointed on my last visit. Usually the burgers are very good, but not this particular time. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ burger. I asked them to hold the mayo. I received my burger with mayo on it. I told my server, she apologized and returned it to the kitchen. I received my new burger within several minutes, which was great. This time my burger did not have any BBQ sauce on it. Instead of having the server return the burger again, I decided just to eat it, I was hungry, and my friend was halfway through his burger. I put A1 sauce on it. It was OK, but it was not very good, and it wasn't what I ordered. Anyhow, the service I received was very good and friendly. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't the same as the service. Not sure if I will be returning anytime soon. It's a shame, because I've always had a good meal there in the past.
