They don’t accept coupons! I came to this location to order my sandwich, excited about the $7.99 footlong meal deal coupon I just got in the mail, I order my food and when I get to the register the employee pointed to a black and white computer printout saying they no longer accept any coupons due to management’s decision. The cashier further went on to explain he wished management was more transparent about the coupons no longer being accepted and recommended they post a letter on the outside door, however, the franchise management refused and said to post the notice by the cash register! That, to me, is a shady way of doing business. I will not be back.

Although the guys that were working there were extremely polite, one of them kept coughing. He had no mask on at all. Coughing all over the food while making food and didnt cover his mouth or turn away. Not once. I was sitting there watching the whole time. Mgmt, train on proper ways to wear a mask. If we the customer make it a point to wear a mask before entering, the employess handling the food should also be wearing a mask. Especially if one of them is constantly coughing. Come on. I dont want someone coughing all over my food. Thk god he wasnt the one who made my food. But i feel for the other people he made food for.

I had gone to this subway two weeks ago. There was a tall guy wearing his mask half way. When I walked I. He did not acknowledge me at all, and I was the only customer In there at the time. I was standing in front of him while he was moving the bread around. So I told him hello, that’s when he said what do you want today? I told him my order and he asked you want your bread toasted I told him no and he completely ignored me and was going to toast my bread. He looked so unhappy being there he kept throwing my veggies on my sandwich. I paid and left. Now just this morning same deuch bag was there. Same thing didn’t acknowledge me. So I told him what I wanted and he rudely slammed my bread on the counter. I told him if your having s bad morning it’s not my fault. He said im here alone with no help how do you want me to act. I was like wow. Management needs to talk to this man ASAP! He has not customer service etiquette what so ever! Do not go to this place!!if I could would have given 0 stars!

Came in to order lunch. I'm here at least 3 or 4 times a week. I go in today and legit forgot a mask. Instead of offering me a mask they told me they could not help me with out a mask. I'm always extremely nice yes please no please. I'm never rude. Come on subway train your ppl to offer a face mask if your going to require. I spend $15 a pop when I go in. A face mask for your company nationwide would cost .5 as a business man I would approach that differently other then we can not help you get out of our store. There was other guess there sitting down with no mask. How does that make sense. Please someone explain that to me.. She made me feel like I was a aids infected person for no reason. Thank you but I'll spend my hard working money somewhere else from now on.
