Mcdonald's

Wish I could give it 0 stars. WAITED 50 MINUTES for my order and it STILL WASN'T DONE, by the time I asked for a refund. Saw the line in the drive through was long so we went inside to order. It seemed like it wasn't the employee's fault, wouldn't know for sure. Maybe it could be either the location's owner's or McDonald's themselves on what orders are prioritized. Ridiculous. Mobile orders, online orders, all door dash delivery type of orders, came and went over and over. We as in person customers were not a priority, and on the bottom of the list. Was never a fan of McDonald's food but thought I would let my 4 kids have happy meals today. Will never come here again, and this sealed the deal for us, will never eat at McDonald's again.

No matter the time of day/week, there’s at least 2 employees with nasty attitudes and usually incompetent. My order is constantly wrong and when i ask for it to be fixed, I get rude remarks or told it is what it is. Today I went through and was told there was no Dr.P, yet when I got to the window, they filled two cups with Dr. P for another order and when I asked to change my drink back to Dr.P I was told that I get what I ordered.. to add, this is how my food was bagged/wrapped..with the fries spilled out under.. How is this place even functioning..

What is going on with this McDonald's. Have they gotten so big over the years they forgot about good customer service? This McDonald's needs to fire every employee including managers and area managers and start all over. They need to follow chik fil a drive thru and front center procedures. The drive through wait time just to place and order is always at list 25 minutes. They McDonald's gets way to much business to run the business this way. Who is the GM? Do they even have one? The prolly get many complaints. Customers are constantly complaining. SHUT THIS MCDONALD'S DOWN. People are very angry and upset 😡 😤.

There was BLOOD in the women's bathroom. I went to this McDonald’s to order a hot and spicy, while my wife ordered I went to the bathroom. I saw there was no toilet paper in the small stall so I went to the big stall. Upon entering I saw blood on the floor, in the toilet paper, and on the wall and door of the stall. As soon as I told a worker she was disgusted as well, but the manager simply said not to let anyone else in. He did not apologize for it being unclean, nor did he even acknowledge me. I am horrified as I am PREGNANT and that’s an extremely big health code violation. Especially in the food industry. This was DRIED. and had to of been there for at least three or four hours. Did a worker not see it? Or did they and just didn’t care. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING.

This is the third time I've visited this McDonald's and I've always waited more than 20 to 35 minutes for my dine in meal, other people cone and go with their orders but me. I've gotten credit for a future meal but it makes no difference as when I come back they take just as long. The place is understaffed I understand but the staff is uncaring, unprofessional and unreliable.

This Micky D's is HORRIBLE! Do Not order here EVER! 100% of the time they will NOT make your order correctly. No one cares! Line is long every moment of every day. Set aside 30 Minutes sitting in this line waiting for an order that absolutely will NOT be correct. I have given them chance after chance and I promise you this is ALWAYS the result. I will NOT ever go to this Mc Donald's EVER again. Food is terrible also. Food is cold, fry container half filled... Very bad experience. These people that are working here are JUST warm bodies filling a spot. No pride whatsoever in what they are doing. For anyone reading... You've Been Warned!

Ordered food from the kiosk, 25 min later still waiting.... I don't normally complain but come on, what happened to fast food? we had people who ordered after we did and got thier food before we had our drinks! This is unacceptable customer service for any fast food place, with no remedy to the madness. Staff your restaurants with properly trained employees! For 15 dollars an hour this is completely unacceptable!! Still waiting 35 min later for 2 sandwiches, a hash brown and 2 drinks.. 45 plus minutes!!! Pathetic describes this situation to a tee! Do better corporate! Don't worry tho that drive thru was hell taken care of..
