Ruben and this staff make this place feel like a family restaurant and not just another fast food joint!!! Me and my son will always keep coming back for the great food and even better customer service!!!

Very nice and clean Taco Bell, with very good service I would recommend this restaurant over the others in Phoenix area.

Very good healthy food at a reasonable price. It's always slow everytime I go there which I don't understand. If you like sushi, poke bowls and more check it out.

Giving up on this Tacobell, too many times I have missing items or stale tacos. The employees always seem to be more interested in listening to music on the job than get orders right or be on top of quality. They always have airpods in on the job.

I ask and paid for extra lettuce on all my food. Well had tomatoes missing, and very little of what normally is in it. The taco shell was like cardboard. Whoever fixed my meal must have been running out of food
So upset.

Friendly staff. Terrible location. I think the traffic messes with the speaker because quite often they don't hear what I say and either add 1 to many items or not enough. I don't complain though since they make up for it in manners

The customer service is excellent here, and I find that Taco Bell, in general, provides wonderful customer service. The employees are professional and friendly. I appreciate how team members always greet us in the drive thru by asking how we are doing. That makes a bigger, nice impact on people than some may think.
The entire staff works very well as a team, and it shows. This all is very much appreciated— thank you so much!

I was surprise how hard was to read the menu. I have mostly been going thru the drive threw. It was the first time bring my grandchildren into the dining area. It was hard to find the items and the soda.was.not calibrated.
