The quality of the food has been going down hill for years while the price keeps going up. It’s been 2 years why is the indoor dining still closed?

The quality keeps going down and the prices keep going up. And keeping your dining room closed because "people don't want to work," is a tired excuse.

Best iced tea in the south! Food choices good too. Fast services. The drinks happy hour price jumped to high & should go back to .50 cents. Otherwise no complaints.

Staff is always friendly with the exception of 1 lady at the drive thru. She needs to smile and say hello and thank you !! I am big on customer service. Food is hot and quick.Owners are wonderful in their support of the community

So the lobby is closed they don't offer curbside and if you call in an order you have to wait in line no matter how long it is to get your order. Had we of known all this we wouldn't of called it in we would of waited in line for fresh food

It's a beautiful Chicken Express, set in very beautiful area of town. I ordered my normal snack pac and my husband ordered 6 piece spicy wings. He enjoyed his meal. For the first time ever my mashed potatoes and the gravy was cold. Not even luke warm, not 1 napkin, no utensils and asked for honey...none! DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!

Great Service! Facility is always clean. We got the fish, it was horribly over cooked and greasy. Same for the hush puppies. Don't know what I was thinking "fish at a chicken place". Avoid the fish!
