Very disappointed with the service and food! Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the monster burger lettuce wraps for $8.00! It was a pile of lettuce, a tomato slice and one burger Patty with cheese! Very disappointing. Won't go here again!!!!

I was not recognized for at least 3 minutes when I entered the store. The cashier was not friendly and asked 3 times if I my order was here or to go after I said to go. It took 10 minutes to get my order. It seems that the drive thru has priority over dine in. Other than that,the food was good. This would have been a 5 Star review had Customer service been better.

I like their food, but they don’t have enough staff.
Last time that I was there I felt bad for the guy taking orders. He was literally desperate, taking orders on the till, bagging, taking orders from drive-thru and everything by himself.
We waited 30 minutes, by clock. But we didn’t care. Me and my boyfriend worked in restaurants for a few years and know how it feels. But that’s not how a fast food should be.
He did really well, thou.

After reading about 50 reviews I cannot believe how bad this place is. Ketchup only burgers had pickles and loaded burgers had no lettuce, tomato. A double cheese burger had double cheese slices and a single patty. Please close this location. The staff don't care. I worry how bad the kitchen and food prep is. I just couldn't let anyone eat this food. Read the reviews and don't go here....

They have great salads. I usually use their drive thru to pick up a salad for lunch when I'm short on time. They are always friendly. Service is always fast. Salads are always fast. Their apple pecan salad is one of the best salads in town. The salad are always fresh.

Used to go here because of the friendly staff but that has completely changed. Past couple times, the girl taking my order was completely unprofessional and acted like her job was no big deal, and when handing me the food she couldn't shove it through the window fast enough even before it was completely open and then just walked away. Will not be going back for awhile.

Cold fries, burnt buns... expensive! For sub par food. Fast food will never be good food that people take pride in cooking and serving! Used to love this location. Employees should worry about serving great food NOT their times doing it. More goes into customer service than speed.
Remodel looks great but it has an off odor when you're trying to eat.

The heart is located in Grand Forks North Dakota on 47th street is probably the worst restaurant I've ever visited. Obviously staff does not care about your order as I ordered curly fries and got admixture of curly in regular fries. Also ordered for burgers I got 3 upon trying to return to the restaurant I found the restaurant closed early rather then the set business hours.
