Paola's Pastries

Their cake's are so amazing! Forgot everything about basic wedding cake flavors vanilla, chocolate, and almond. For our rehearsal dinner we had a S'more's cake, and for our wedding we had a chocolate chip cookie dough cake and a salted caramel mocha cake with bourbon buttercream frosting (yum!). My husband and I went to three bakeries for tastings prior to ordering our wedding cake. Paola's was the only one that provided us with actual tasting cakes and not just mini cupcakes. They are responsive and easy to work with. After I had a terrible experience at another bakery, Paola's took care of all of my needs with no added stress! I would highly recommend them to anyone for any bakery needs.

I bought the Vegan Oreo, Amore Amaretto, Lebanese Coconut Namura, and the Venezuelan Tres Leches. The Oreo and Amaretto cupcakes are dry. I couldn’t taste any amaretto, and I don’t know what the filling is - pudding? The Tres Leches is okay, and I like the Namura. The consistency reminds me of a lemon bar.
