Ihop

When I walked in Crystal greeted me with a smile and even open the door for me so that I wouldn't touch the door which I thought was great customer service. And she seated me down very gracefully. When I sat down I waited for my waiter for a while, maybe 8 minutes and she came and she was an ok waiter. Her name was Olga. She seems kind of tired. My food was not good at all. My eggs looked old. And I asked for my hash browns to be well cooked, they were medium cooked. My sausage, ham, bacon were cold. I asked for a veggie egg omelet to go, but instead I had got a steak omelette. And then I asked for the Junior Chicken and Waffles but when I got home my Waffle was okay. My chicken taste like it had been cooked in old grease, so I was not satisfied with the chicken and waffle. So overall the only thing that I really like was Crystals greeting me this whole experience at IHOP this time usually when I go to this location IHOP is usually very good. Which is why I choose this location this Saturday. Today was a disappointment hopefully it gets better the next time that I come back!m

Fantastic service and food! It's been years since I've been to an IHOP and that knocked it out of the park for expectations! Sara(h) was awesome, as well as the woman who I think was hosting/bussing. They were both kicking butt and are deserving of quite the praise for holding down the late night rush they had.

The server didn't check the food before bringing it out. My sister ordered an omelet that was supposed to come with veggies, but the server brought eggs with cheese. The two stars are because he had the worst attitude while we were paying (we didn't dispute any of the charges nor even question them). He was short, snappy and abrasive. Jose, man, I hope you have a better day and serve others better than you served us. To the customers, if you get José watch out!
