I order Jimmy John's for lunch delivery at least three or four times a week at my work, because it's very convenient for me when I'm busy at my desk and don't want to take time to drive somewhere. I almost never have a problem with the order or the delivery time which usually takes about 15 minutes for my food to arrive from the moment I click submit on my browser. They get the order right to every little detail about 90% of the time, which is a lot compared to other fast food places. For as long as this level of service continues, I'll continue to recommend and use them for my lunches 3+ times a week.

Man, I usually love this location. Always fast and fresh. This time, I stopped in to get some food to take home, and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the guy preparing the food was wearing his mask under his chin. I walked right tf back out. The food is fantastic, but it's not worth potentially dying over. I won't be back until there's either a vaccine, or I've caught the virus and recovered from it.
