Mcdonald's

I usually don't have issues at this one because I go to it all the time because I live about 500 feet from it. Well I was not listened to when I repeated calmly that I want a mcchicken, 2 apple pies and a medium French fry. I get to the window and was shocked that my total was only 4 dollars. It was late and I wanted to get home, so I just paid and got my food. Once I got the bag, I looked in and there was only one pie and the medium French fry.

Merriam-Webster should put a picture of this place and it’s employees/franchise owner under pathetic because that’s truly what this location is useless and disgusting. Waited 45 mins in the drive thru for cold food. Plus the food had hair in it so I’ll be calling the health department and the CDC (the woman at the drive thru had no mask on) eat at your own risk

The service is usually decent, not on this visit, no one at either window greeted us, at the first window.she looked our way and I handed her my card for payment. The second window, the lady stood there in a conversation with her co worker & when they were finished she handed us our drinks. The meat on our burgers tasted microwaved and the fish sandwich was very dry. Such a disappointment.

Allow me to take a moment of my time to express my fantastic experience at this particular location, one which was exemplary and head and shoulders above all other fast food restaurants which I’ve visited over the last 30 days. The Person who waited on me appeared to be a manager; she gave me great service and on top of that was friendly as well! I visit a lot of fast food joints, so my expectations service-wise are generally pretty low; it is very rare occurrence to be provided with the opportunity to speak with an employee who is actually friendly. When I told the employee at the window that it was a delivery, she brought the manager to me and the manager easily agreed to seal all the packages for me. The staff was patient with me when I asked for them to repeat my large order, and I could not have asked for a better experience at any restaurant! This manager and some of her subordinate staff make McDonald’s look really good. I highly recommend visiting this location.
