I regret stopping at this location. The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Waffle House

I love when I have the ability to have breakfast at the local Waffle House. The game is is always fresh, and the customer experience is always excellent even during peek times. They make breakfast just like I would if I were home. My favorite seat is right in front of the stove. This gives me an opportunity to see what other wonderful dishes I might try next time. The portions are plentiful, and it’s very affordable!

They need to take Waffle off their name. The waffle has shrunk to half of what it used to be. It does not compliment the name at all. And This photo is before I ate any of it.

It was a hot mess! During Covid-19 how can u be a restaurant and no masks are being worn by the staff behind the counter??!! The cook??!! Shared our concerns with the manager; he didn't seem fazed but asked the staff to mask up. An employee changed his shirt in plain view of diners. Really?? Waffle was served cold, etc etc. Don't go here! Will not be back.

They took the proper Covid precautions by keeping everyone at least 1 to 2 tables from each other. The food is always the best so absolutely no complaints there. They were missing a couple windows though🤔
