Papa John's Pizza

I put an order online and I was surprised that it was done in 7 minutes. When I got to the store I checked the pizza to make sure that it was not re - heated. The lady Opal, which was awesome checked it in front of me and ask me if I was satisfied. I was. Opal was great providing me with excellent costumer service. The pizza was great.

Edit: Called back and talked it over with Blake and we worked it out. He's actually a pretty good guy and he was very calm and nice!!! Called the store and spoke to Blake (Store Manager), and I told him that the Garlic sauce that came with my pizza spilled. I typically don't like this sauce as it's greasy so I tossed out that half. He asked me he wanted me to do about it. Don't order here.

Ordered two pizzas yesterday from this place. By the time my food got to me and I grabbed a slice it was super soggy I took a few bites and realized it was the pizza not the ingredients that caused this because I took a bite out of the other pizza after my daughter mentioned her pizza it tasted weird...it was soggy too! I called to report my order and I was transferred to the manager who refused to send me another of the same order or even give me my money back. He told me I need to put it in the oven :/...I refused to accept that as an answer and told him that the pizza he sent me was trash and my order was $45 and I demanded my money or another order. Thankfully, the manager accepted my request and sent me another order which was waaay better cooked. I will not be ordering again from here soon, I was treated as if I was lying. When my new order came in I handed the driver the soggy pizza that has only one slice missing from each from when we realized it was soggy. I can’t believe the way manager handled the situation. Not fair!

They delivered our food to wrong place and then delivered another order to our house it was cold greasy etc. So the manger calls after i commented about the food and service he credits our next order it was absolutely perfect arrived to our house in leas time than quoted and piping hot it was delicious i give that customer service 5 stars +++

I LOVE Papa John's pizza!!! I ordered the new garlic and cheese crust. I hate to say it, but I am disappointed. In fact, I have to say I honestly do not like it. I ordered it on a cheese pizza and it made the pizza extremely salty. The butter caused the crust to burn and harden. We only ate 2 slices out of a large. I will always go to Papa John's because they have the best pizza. However, I will not be adding anything to the crust.
