With 0.40$ EXTRA onion rings. I normally wouldn't review this sort of mess up but you see this is their usual result as I have offered more than enough hope to buy this same burger 3 times. This is always the result. Avoid anything more than their whopper they might get that right. Other than that donate any excess money you would have spent on their expensive steakhouse burger to charity.

Every whopper I have ever had at a Burger King had 2 tomatoes on it. Even when I worked at Burger King in 1973/74 we put 2 tomatoes on every whopper! Unless otherwise requested. We ordered 3 whopper this past weekend. Only one of the three had the proper amount of tomatoes on it!
You guys at the Grand Prairie Burger King on Great Southwest Parkway and I 20 need to wake up! What are you guys smoking over there?!

The food at this location is ok at best and can be downright terrible taste wise depending on what you order. I've had more 'ok' experiences with the food I've ordered from here than terrible food. Which is where my rating is coming from.
The service certainly could be better and the attitudes friendlier but my expectations of a fast food place are only so much when I'm in need of a quick and cheap bite to eat.

This place is great! Convenient prices, large dishes and the staff are constantly very friendly.

They shut the grills at 9pm, had to wait 30 minutes, then they DID NOT sticker my food closed and i am sure my dasher ate half my fries that were on the top of the bag. This is a safety issue get it together burger king. Retrain your managers or add safety measures to customers who use door dash. I will never order fries from burger king again will go somewhere else. Example chic fil a, do take notes on their safety measures.

Even after I asked if my chicken sandwich was included and was told it was, I arrived home and found out it was not included. Also not included was the buffalo sauce I ordered for 2 orders of spicy nuggets. No receipt as machine not working. Won't be going there again.
