Pizza Hut

This is my 2nd visit to this location and the 1st time I waited in my car for 10 mins for someone to bring my food out considering they are contactless or whatever no one ever came out. I called in and was told by a gentleman that answered we’ll be right out with your order. Waited another 8 min and finally went in only to have Quita say, “oh you selected cash you have to come in.” I said so no one was gonna tell me that. Y’all have caller id someone could have called me back. No effort was made not even an apology to show some compassion. She was very nonchalant & matter of fact. I said well maybe y’all should post a sign or something about that. So today I go again and order wings made sure to pay with debit card online. Get my good and ask for ranch she says they are $.80 I said so you don’t give at least one ranch with a wing order she said no. You have to pay for ranch. I’m floored !! I could see if I wanted extra but I simply asked for 1 ranch with my wing order. Well needless to say the same matte of fact nonchalant woman was at the registered and I had to pay for ranch on my debit card. I won’t return there. Good luck guys

Just gave it one star to leave a review. They have horrible wait times. I was told my order would be ready in 35 minutes only to go into the store and be told it not ready. Waited a bit more, 50 minutes later it’s still not ready. No thank you no one has time for that. On top of that the cooks in the back aren’t wearing there mask right.
