Sonic Drive-in

I've been to this location two times. Each time was a bad experience. The first time the employee put candy in my drink and I specifically told her I didn't want it and she charged me. The second time was tonight October 29, 2017, just over an hour ago. I ordered fries and a chicken strip sandwich. The fries were old and stale. I called back to request fresh fries and the female employee responded with a smart sigh as if she didn't want to assist me... I arrived home to eat my sandwich. I bit into it and swallowed a piece and thought something was weird. I bit again and realized the food was under cooked. I consumed RAW CHICKEN!!! it is 1:04 AM and I'm still vomiting while feeling sick. I attempted to contact the company and was unable to provide feedback. I am very disgusted! I will see my physician to ensure I'm okay. Update... I called this morning October 30, 2017 at 10:40, and attempted to address the issue from last night. Lauren answered the phone and was nice. I requested a manager and she was the most RUDE person EVER! She didn't tell me her name. I asked for her name to remember who I'm talking to and said asked "why" and said she doesn't have to tell me her name. I've never spoken to anyone in customer service who didn't provide their name. This establishment need an evaluation and training should be enforced immediately!

Food was awful. No butter on toast. Who the he'll wants dry toast. Manager mean. First time visiting this Sonic and it will be my absolute lasts. I don't pay people to give me attitude. And I don't pay for bad food and bad service. This fits gets a big fat 0!!!! The young man who brought my food was nice.

Ordering ahead with the app at this location is pointless. I keep thinking it'll get better, but after 4 times over the past couple of months...they don't seemingly know what they are doing. Place the order with a pick-up time. Check in at the kiosk. Order says it's being prepared. Order says it's being delivered a bit later. Wait 5-10 minutes to call them on the speaker asking about your order. Order comes out 10 minutes after that...as they still had to make it. It would be faster not using the app at this location and just ordering the old fashion way.
