Pizza Hut

This pizza hut is really up in the air.. You never know if you're going to get a good pizza or a really bad one!! You say light sauce because they will put a ton if you don't.. Say light and get none!! Really, no in between??!! This batch has zero sauce!! Removed cheese to show in my photo.. Only thing that made this pizza ok was the stuffed crust.. Call and ask for a manager and they say really rudely "yeah but were kinda busy right now!!". Manager i spoke with was extremely nice. She solved the problem and said the turnover rate is really high for cooks.. I'll change my review after i get my next pizza to determine how the next one turns out..

Ordered the special pizza 1 large 3 topping for $9.99 in which the total was 10.83 only to check my transaction history to see that they charged my card $13.00 when I didn’t even add a tip on there so I call to confront the girl who rung me up she gone say they didn’t charge me that amount but that did and I have proof. My order was carry out not delivery at that so I’m still trying to understand why did they charge me $13 for my order smh ppl will try and get over on people they think they slick but they ain’t . Whatever you do do not use your debit card there plus my pizza was partially burnt I recommend you to use cash they never resolved my problem manager on duty very rude never will eat there again. Also they wasn’t wearing any masks over their face.

I love love love this location, their nice, polite, and have a heart and compassion for other’s, they’ve never messed up an order , if anything they add more of my favorite topping(mushroom or pineapple) than expected, I have their # saved in my contacts lol(seriously).. They are always on time , with a smile... The manager Ms. Angel is soooo sweet and polite , I talk a lot so if I do carry out I’m talkative and she is very nice and has a great heart, it’s refreshing to have good people especially in today’s world ❤️❤️❤️, from the manager to her employees everything is always done perfectly, I’ll continue to be a loyal customer, GREAT PEOPLE GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

Horrible customer service . I called to make a order delivery and I was told to call back in 10 min. So when I called back and I ordered my food , I asked what where the counts for the amount of wings , my response was(I don’t know , I am new ) . So I had to drive up there and place my order . New employees need to learn how to ask questions if not knowing . I waited for 30 minutes for my order, and my order was wrong, I asked for bone in wings, and I received boneless. . I was supposed to get credit for my wrong order, but when I was on the phone, the called hanged up . And I never received my credit .
