This is LEGIT the WORST Jack N the Box in existence. I come here very periodically because I like the food and I am constantly let down by the workers here. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The workers have the worst manners and constantly mess up my food. They care little that food is messed up and expect me to eat it. Each time I come here I pull over to check and never does if fail, something is always wrong. At this point I’d rather never come here again. They truly do not deserve a star.

Service was great, I especially liked how they cleaned up immediately after customers left! Clean store, food was hot and fresh! I had the sourdough Jack, mom had a crispy chicken sandwich. We have been going here for years, and will continue to do so. This location is on I 20 at 1382

Drive thru Service was friendly and great , the burger 🍔 was cooked hot N fresh plus they got the order 100% correct!

When I can drive home and the burger is still hot and fresh that's an A+ , all other fast food places the burgers are stone cold when I get home and the order is not right.
Again I'm very impressed , nice work!

Extremely slow service. Order was not correct and not fresh. I give them 3 instead of 2 stars because I've been here before and although always slow, the food was at least decent.
