Sonic Drive-in

So stopped in on a little fishing trip. Ordered through the drive thru... you know what they say about the drive thru. Any way got back to the water and my buddy's food was right but mine... well the spicy chicken sliders were missing one thing... chicken!! Well, packed up, headed back, about 5-8 minutes away. I have to admit I was irritable, I mean seriously how leaves out chicken in 2 chicken sandwiches. Well, long story longer I showed the problem to the manager and she took instant care of it, fresh sandwiches from scratch, refund for trouble, and just an all around Awesome person. I'll be going back. Would have been a four if all went well, but with the problem and the manager made the difference.

Went to drive through ordered a foot long combo with bacon and cheese got home and the main part of the foot long is missing.... Drive back go inside employees looking at me all crazy I hand him the bag because now even my tater tots are cold he apologize goes of th fix hands me two bags I get home not I dont have tater tots ARE YOU KIDDING ME 15 MINUTE DRIVE NOT ME NOT EVER SMFH🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 instead of my taters I got coupons like it's going to fix their wrong and into of everything no manager in site.

This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. Today we ordered a chocolate blast and got a vanilla one instead. It was dark in the car so I couldn't tell until I got home. My husband had questions about sauces and he even had 2 employees speaking to him through the speaker, this longer than normal conversation about sauce should have guaranteed the accuracy of the order, but they could not manage to get it right. Also, burger ingredients from this sonic can be really bad at times. This location is more convenient for us, but we strongly recommend going to the great southwest location instead; don't waste your time here 😑

I try to go the great south west location but this one is closer... and everything I come to this location I’m missing something with my order and they don’t bother to offer anything for the inconvenience. Lesson learned and I will just drive a little extra to get my food order right so I won’t have to make second trip... advise: learn from Chick Fila they are way busier every day and the orders are always on point!!! The 1 time they messed up the manager apologized with out having to ask for him and offered a free meal on next visit..

I had good experience at this location today. First of all, the attendant at the mic was rushing my wife and I through our order. Second, our order wasn't prepared correctly. Third, I'm under the impression that Sonics no longer mix flavor syrups in with other drinks any longer. 😔😔😔😔😔 Someone there may be lacking literary skills and comprehension.
