Pizza Ranch

We ate here yesterday for a family birthday party (4/3) and while the food was good (hence the 1 star) we noticed this. (See attached photos.) Good thing my cousin noticed this and posted photos. We told management and they informed us that they didn’t even know this was there. Imagine if a health inspector saw that, they’ll show up unannounced and close them down immediately. Also, they closed down the food at 1:30 (we got there at around 12:30) so the pizza selections were slim. I even had to ask for their dessert pizza which kept running out. But this? I don’t think we’ll be coming back. So far none of us have gotten sick from this but we’re keeping our fingers crossed. Please don’t eat here until they fix this problem.

I've been dining at this specific Pizza Ranch for 5 years now. As a truck driver I've frequented several other Pizza Ranch locations throughout the Midwest and West, however this remains my favorite because the food itself is very consistent. The pizza, chicken, potato wedges etc on the buffet are excellent quality. Specifically, the food ALWAYS tastes fresh, and the pizzas have ample toppings. No cutbacks or skimpy toppings. Additionally, in my 5 years visiting this locale (often on a weekly basis) I've consistently found the employees to be extremely kind and accommodating. For example, if there's a specific pizza request etc, they're always very cheerful to address my needs. As a buffet customer, what more could I want? Thank you for remaining open throughout the entire pandemic, and thank you for the continued many positive dining experiences at this Iowa location. This might have been the best pizza ranch I have ever seen the decor really made you feel at home the juicy pizza was on par to be the greatest pizza I have ever eaten, it felt Jesus came there and made it himself. From the crispy chicken to the pickled fish with relish. Once you are done eating there exquisite pizza go and grab yourself a plate of Cactus bread pizza with the Luscious and creamy ice cream and the seats where cozy as a lamb

Used to love ordering from here but when they mess up your order and call it your fault, it puts a bad taste in your mouth. I ordered 16 wings in 2 DIFFERENT sauces, expecting 2 separate things of wings as one does when they order two different sauces, and when it got here I was shocked to see that I had received one box of TEN tiny wings in a disgusting mixed pool of the sauces I ordered expecting them to be separated. When I called, I was (quite impolitely) informed that they were in the right to combine the sauces because I did not order the sauce on the side. I have been ordering from this location for a very long time and they have never done this to me, so this is news. They did give me store credit for there only being 10 out of 16 wings but the fact that they thought mixing sauces was the best thing to do and literally shamed me for ordering how I always do is why I will not be doing business here again after I spend the credit. EDIT: I also was supposed to receive a pizza with this order, a Bronco with extra cheese, and the only thing on it that I can see or taste is onion and mushrooms? It just doesn't make any sense. Just order from somewhere else, guys.
