Taste : there is none.
Need to add more selection of sauce beside ketchup, mayo and buffalo. This is MS for Pete sake.

I always have a great experience here. It's good food and it's not outrageously priced. The service was great. I try to do something different each time I come here and it never fails to satisfy. It's great portions of food as well. Between your burger and fries they don't shy away from giving plenty to eat ensuring that your full and satisfied when you leave. If you've never been I highly recommend checking it out.

Very accommodating staff when we asked to change to a booth.
Cool decor. Loved looking all the pictures on the wall of all the places mugshots shirts have been in the world!
Got to watch the Braves/Metals game. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Great Restaurant! There is a burger at Mugshots for everyone. Some items like the peanut butter burger may seem exotic, but I can assure you it is fantastic. The Hill Billy Philly is my favorite, but you can't go wrong there with anything. The sweet potato fries are a great alternative if you're trying to be good. Excellent service, great atmosphere.

Looks like someone bit my patty. I'm sure they didn't, but can't stomach to eat it. Store is too far away to return it. Informed manager Chris, but doesn't stop my dinner from being ruined. Chris was nice about it though. Extra star for that. Everyone else's food was great though.

The service was solid. The restaurant is in a nice area. The food came out hot and fresh which , most of you know fam, restaurants tend to rush a plate out with Luke warm fries like we rush out of work.

Dinner was FANTASTIC! Greeted & waited on by William G. Personable, upbeat, prompt ordering and refilling drinks. He suggested the garlic Parmesan burger and WOW! So glad we took his suggestion. We both loved the burger and sweet potato fries! Highly recommend Mugshots and William G!!!
