I usually don’t leave reviews but This cake my fiancé had made turned out to be wonderful.. the whole presentation and cake design was well worth it and tasted really good ..!!! I recommend this bakery to anyone that’s looking to get a custom as long as u have a picture or idea this bakery will meet your every needs …. Thanks Melissa bakery

The cake was extremely pretty, smelled great, and the icing was awesome. I would never purchase a cake here again because the cake was dry and when I explained that I wasn’t pleased with the cake. All I was told was sorry to hear that you didn’t like it. No customer service at all. Our money was wasted.

So I have been ordering cakes from Melissa's Bakery since my daughter was two. When Melissa was making cakes in her home and delivering them in her personal vehicle. We recently purchased my daughter's sweet 16 cakes from the bakery and although they were beautiful they tasted awful. I brought all three cakes back to Melissa's Bakery to show how dry they were and to see if she could remake them. Only to be told that the cakes tasted great to her and nothing could be done. Well I WILL NEVER buy another cake from her. Such a shame how her business has gone done.

Went in to get a cake for my husband's birthday decided on an 8 in with a very minor decoration and they wanted $91! I told them I can't pay that much because it's only a 8 inch cake so I ended up with a very stripped down 8-in cake that only said happy birthday on it and was still charged $40. When we cut into it we discovered that there was absolutely no type of filling in between the two layers of cake so dissatisfied so ripped off Melissa's bakery is not worth walking through the door. Not to mention that the cake was so dry I couldn't eat any more than the one bite I tasted I can't believe that the owner of this place Melissa would do such a bad job charge so much and not care about how her customers feel about the product they receive the cake I ordered again was for my husband's 62nd birthday it looked like a 4-year-old's birthday cake they put little balloons on it I was so mad I wanted to shove the cake in the cashier's face because in her eyes they can do nothing wrong. I would never recommend Melissa's to my worst enemy. She needs to get her stuff together or her business will fail.
