Chuck E. Cheese

It's been at least 5 years since I visited this store. Store was clean and bright. Even though the stage and band are no longer, the presence of the mouse is still seen through pictures. The games are directed towards young children and this makes for a safer environment for birthday parties. The food and game prices have gone up as well. I find the pizza was better than before. Overall a definite improvement for the younger children.

Everything was great besides the food. I got a combo to find out they were out of stock of some of the items. I made due and still ordered it. Got our food to have some COLD wings. Cold poultry is a food safety red flag. I informed the staff and explained I would just like the get other combo since they are out of the other options. She agreed and started to refund me, after she explained how I would have a pending authorization that would fall of from the original charge. Then a lady walked up in a black button up shirt saying she was the manager. She said she personally made them and they were not cold. Told me I was lying to my face. And, she will not change my order. I asked her what degree she they be cooked to? She didn't know. This was after I was told that all there wings come in precooked, so don't worry if they were cold. With the lack of food safety knowledge, questioning if she was Servesafe Certified like she in mandated to be running the business I did not eat any more food. They stood fast at not compensating the difference. Games are good, but DO NOT EAT THE FOOD!

Several games not working properly for months now. No excuse. Staff looks like they're not excited to be at work. Look like the kids are bothering them.. except for a couple of them. The one star is for hope. Hope u guys get yalls ish together. My son be like "dad can we go to chuck e cheese?" I be like "but why?!!" All u gone do is get disgusted after 30 minutes bc all the games you like to play are broke.

This was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to! The staff was friendly and our birthday party was well planned out/organized. There is a great assortment of games for everyone!!! We really enjoyed our time there and will be going back. Thank you for making this day special for our daughter and all of her friends!

3 stars bc 4 said I liked it. 3 is for..its ok. Typically Chuck E Cheese, millions of kids everywhere living their dreams and a few adults in the ceiling tunnels. About 6 parties going on at the same time. Fun fun fun. Dont expect to find your kid when it's bday time, of course they'll be on the opposite side of wherever you are looking. Also I couldn't tell if there was a kid scalping cotton candy bags here orrrr if they actually worked here. But the staff that was identifiable, well let me tell you, these folks like to get down! Just walking around, talking all this "I like to party, with Chuck E. Cheese.." Throwing their hands in the air like they just don't care, having a good ole time! I did see Ole Chuck get pummeled by a squad of 4 year old girls, he didn't know what to do! Lol. As you can tell in one of my pics, dads have a grrrrreat time here. Just phenomenal. There are no other words for the adult experience here. Except that Chuck seems a little price gaugy. Lol. This place is so awesome that people come from Texas just to party! Although, Chuck, I sadly will never see you again because my kid can just have different dreams without giving mommy nightmares. I remember when you were actually cool with your whole little band and all, but now your just a rat walking around in skinny jeans, showing movie clips. Deuces!
