Mcdonald's

*Management contacted me. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and personable. The bad service lay completely on the shoulders of the employees. Unfortunately the times we live in employees with proper work ethic are very hard to find.* Possibly, the worst McDonald's drive thru in America. I'm new to the area and I've given this particular McDonald's many chances, this being the last. There were only two cars ahead of me yet, and I timed it 12 minutes before someone finaly took my order, which was an app order to begin with. Then another 8 mins until I recieved my order. Had it not been for the fact that I had already paid thru the app I would have driven away like the many cars behind me did. Not only did I have to wait an unnecessarily long time but to make matters worst, as the picture shows The Big Mac t I ordered was made incorrectly. Hey but at least I got to watch the employees playing on their cellphones. 1 all beef patty, special sauce, no pickles, no onions , tons of lettuce on a sesame seed bun.

I'm in line here now. As you can see there's no one ahead of the mics, but the cars behind it are lined up to Cowan rd almost, that seems to be their new norm. Idk what's going on with this store lately. Quality of service has gone down at night considerably. It takes more than 7 minutes for the staff to acknowledge each person - during my wait here, the line has built up and cleared completely from people tired of waiting two times..On top of that, the order is wrong half of the time..This store really needs to step it up

My husband and I purchased food here when we got to pull up line the order was incorrect. Plus we tried to go inside to let the manager know but the lobby was closed. Pulled up through the drive thru the employee did not respond for an hour. Went to the window to explain the situation the manager caught a bad attitude with us. Saying that the employee was following protocols. I highly disagree because if she was following protocol she should have apologize to us the customer for the wait time and did the sandwich right.

Absolutely disgusting, if the dining room and bathrooms are in terrible shape, I could only imagine what the BOH looks like. 😳 The employees are lazy and couldn't get the drive thru orders correct. Watched one employee give a man the wrong order and the employee literally ran after this man's truck bc he realized his mistake after trying to give the order to another vehicle.

Went last week around 10:30 pm and was told they didn’t have ANY fried foods. Only hamburgers. They got my order wrong and I called them and they were supposed to write my name down for a free combo. Went by around 5 pm today and the manager on duty was rude as hell. We got told we needed a receipt. Will not go back to this one. And this was on a weekend they had no fried foods. (Saturday)
